At M House it's all about working better and the classes on offer are here to help you to do this. Whether its the benefits of mindfulness and relaxation from a yoga or meditation class, the people you'll meet during a HIIT or Thai kickboxing session or boosting your energy levels with a work out in the private gym. The time you spend in M House should be enjoyable and productive.
